Most of our workshops last between 1.5-3 hours. This gives you plenty of time to relax, create, and enjoy the experience.

We understand that plans can change. While our workshops are non-refundable, if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new date. Rescheduling (less than 24 hours) Rescheduling with less than 24 hours before an event is not permitted. Our instructors dedicate time to preparing individual stations and materials for each participant in advance. Additionally, rescheduling limits our ability to offer spots to others for our often sold-out workshops. Transferring Your Tickets If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else up until the start time of the workshop. To do this, please provide the name, phone number, and email address of the person attending in your place. This information can be sent via email or phone as late as the scheduled workshop start time. After the Workshop Date Please note that we cannot transfer a credit or booking after the workshop date has passed.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a spot, especially during peak times.
